Feel Like Royalty Staying In The Disneyland Hotel

Everyone’s dream is to stay in the Pastel Pink hotel that is also the key to entering Disneyland Park. It is the first thing you see when you arrive off the Eurostar and out of Marne La Vallée station, you’re home. Instead of walking underneath to the turnstiles, it was an overwhelming feeling going up to your own suite for the night instead.

I found a great deal for my Birthday using my Infinity Pass discount, and couldn’t turn this opportunity down. Especially with the refurb happening in 2019, this was my chance. My room was ready and waiting for me around lunchtime as my friends had done the check-in process. I was delighted with an early check-in as I got to enjoy the room for longer. Emotions were high as it was time to head up to our room with our cases. We were the Infinity Pass side entrance which made it quicker to find our room and enter the parks. You could see the bridge outside our window too, it was a very convenient spot.

Apon arriving, I had my eyes shut for the big reveal. The rooms were gorgeous and everything I had dreamed of. Intricate details featuring Peter Pan, this really was a fairytale experience.

The Hotel’s hospitality is absolutely fantastic. The staff really make you feel like royalty and it makes the experience even more magical. Housekeeping is done promptly too and visits twice to turn down your bedsheets at nighttime as they leave you little chocolates on your pillows before bed.

Disneyland Hotel also offers room service at a reasonable price. I ordered Pancakes which came on a trolly with a heater to keep them warm. It is great that they offer this option as you can then walk to the park and start your adventures. You also get given slippers which, I must admit the sizes were a little disappointing as the Men’s were too big and Women’s too small. There are also some robes in the wardrobe near the Bathroom to use.

The Bathrooms are very outdated. The new designs feature a separate area for the sink and when sharing, this is useful for others to get ready at the same time. I did love that you could listen to the Top Ten Things To Do at Disneyland using the Bathroom speakers whilst getting ready.

This hotel has a beautiful garden area that only guests can use. Situated by the Pool, it features a gorgeous water fountain and sunbeds to chill out on. Filled with enchanting flower sculptures and benches, this place is definitely something out of a story book. The perfect getaway to relax from the busy hustle of the parks. I had to take a few photos in here.

The rooms are in desperate need of a refurbishment, with a lack of plugs, dim lighting and tired Bathrooms. Also noticing the lack of aircon in the Summer. However, this hotel is great for convenience and still the one to stay in. It was lovely to have a drink in Café Fantasia and stumble up to my room. My overall experience was truly magical and one I will never forget. I am so pleased I got the chance to stay here and hope to again one day soon.
