Attending The Lion King Royal European Premiere in London a dream come true and film Review!
On the 14th July, Leicester Square held the Royal European Premiere for Disney’s The Lion King. Some of those who attended were director Jon Favreau, Beyoncé, Elton John, Tim Rice, Lebo M, Bob Iger, Hans Zimmer Pharrell Williams oh and me! It was a dream come true to attend this special premiere. The Lion King is my ultimate favourite film as I have a personal connection with it. New Posters for The Lion King revealed with less than 50 days to go
Disney has just released some beautiful new posters for The Lion King live action remake. With a cinema release date of July 19th, these stunning new visuals were revealed on the 50 day mark. Featuring Donald Glover (Simba), Seth Rogen (Pumbaa), James Earl Jones (Mufasa) and Beyoncé Knowles (Nala) to name but a few of the amazing cast, each character has been given their own poster. With James Earle Jones making a return as Mufasa, this film will be filled with even more nostalgia. The detail of the animals in this latest imagery is absolutely breathtaking. Disney’s The Lion King and Aladdin have arrived in Covent Garden in a new experience this Summer. If you’re in the area, it is worth popping along to. Disney In The West End Running from Tuesday 31st July until Sunday 26th August, there are lots of different things on each week to showcase these two incredible long-running Musicals. On weekdays, there are live performances from the actors and autograph signings. A Day At Animal Kingdom – Walt Disney World
Animal Kingdom is by far my favourite park at Walt Disney World. It is truly breathtaking with its vast scenery. You really do feel like you’ve been transported to Africa with it’s Kilimanjaro Safari. You want to keep on exploring and earn your Wilderness Explorer’s badge. Which you can do when you visit Russell of course. Kilimanjaro Safari Start your day off with a Safari. Animals like to sleep all day, especially in the heat. I recommend booking a FastPass for 11am even earlier if you can. We didn’t see any Lions however, Cheetah’s, Wildebeest and Giraffe’s were roaming about!
